Bay City Tree Services were great. Ryan, Jye and Jared did a fantastic job with some large and challenging trees. The clean up afterwards was excellent. A lovely group of people - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and willing to listen. A pleasure to have them here. Would have them back anytime. Dean came back a few days later to grind the stumps. Another great job. Very happy with all the work.

Ryan removed a Yukka tree with a huge trunk from my garden. Ryan and Joe worked very well together and also pruned a large Lemon tree very successfully. They did a great job and I definitely can recommend Ryan at Bay City Tree Services to anyone for his excellent friendly and very capable tree service.

Really happy with Ryan and Callum. They were very professional and were a pleasure to deal with. They did a quote for me on the Friday and a large problematic tree was gone by lunch time the following Monday. I had Ryan and his team out at my house In Ballarat to cut down massive gum tree. This is the second time I’ve used Bay City Tree Services. He is no doubt the best arborists Ive come by. I’m extremely happy with his work, and would highly recommend Ryan and his team. It’s actually just great to watch someone so skilled to climb such a big tree and cut it down bit by bit.

Ryan knows and loves trees and knows how to handle them. He removed a very large gum branch hanging over our house (do not try this yourself at home!) and pruned to reduce weight while keeping the aesthetic of the tree. He’s reliable and a good communicator. Highly recommend him
